Halong cruises and Halong tours, our payment methods

Halong Phoenix Cruiser accepts 2 payment methods: credit card and bank transfer.

  • Credit Card

The online card payments gateway Halong Phoenix Cruiser is using is Onepay. All transactions are processed through SSL protocol up to international security standards. Your card details will not be stored in our system. Our sales team will send you the link to the payment form.

Please note that all online credit card transactions in Vietnam are subject to a 4 % surcharge. In case your card has run through our card reader terminal in Vietnam 3% surcharge will be applied (4% with AMEX & JCB).

Accepted international credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

Accepted domestic credit cards: Vietcombank, Vietinbank, DongA, Techcombank and Tienphong Bank.

The following information will be required:

Card type, card number, expiry date, CSC code.
Address, city, state/province, post/zip code, country.
After clicking the “Pay” button, please wait a few seconds for the transaction to be processed. You will receive shortly the order status and the transaction results by email.

Common reasons for the transactions not to be completed successfully are:

  • Incorrect card details.
  • Not enough credit balance (daily or monthly).
  • Your card has not been activated for online payments. You should contact your issuing bank to activate your card.
    In case you did not receive the transactions results from the payment gateway or from us, please do not attempt to make another payment. Contact us and let us check the order status and transaction results.

Please note that the charge to your card will appear as South Pacific Travel JSC, Halong Phoenix Cruiser’s mother company.

Our Halong cruise prices do not include transfer fees levied by your bank and the overseas bank. Please ask your bank to transfer the amount without prior deduction or any shortfall.
